The PHA 5% Exfoliating Lip Serum is a chemical lip peel with a particularly gentle active ingredient combination. It contains 5% gluconolactone, a polyhydroxy acid with larger molecular weight that only works on the surface of the skin, making it ideal for sensitive lips. The additional mixture of 1.5% alpha-hydroxy acids enhances the exfoliating effect without stressing the skin barrier. More than 50% glycerin provides intensive moisture and improves the suppleness of the lips, while ectoin stabilizes the skin barrier and supports long-term hydration. The innovative formulation gently promotes the renewal of the skin structure, improves the appearance and texture of the lips over time, and gives them a natural shine. The serum can be ideally used under the Squalane + Amino Acids Lip Balm to remove dry skin particles overnight and provide deep care for the lips. When applied, a slightly tart taste may occur, which is an indication of the active peeling substances.

Apply a thin layer onto clean, dry lips on alternate evenings as needed. Allow the product to dry. Apply lip balm as needed throughout the day. If irritation occurs, rinse off, cease use, and consult a physician. Use only as directed on unbroken skin.; Patch testing prior to use is advised.; It is recommended that prior to exposure to the sun, users apply sunscreen or an SPF lip balm.
