The Vitamin C Suspension 23% HA Spheres uses direct vitamin C and hyaluronic acid to visibly reduce the signs of skin aging by brightening and evening out uneven skin tone. This waterfree formula contains 23% pure Lascorbic acid, which remains completely stable due to the absence of water. Additionally, this waterfree formula is supported by hyaluronic acid spheres that provide additional moisture. The slightly grainy texture of this product is due to the fact that the vitamin C powder is suspended in an oillike base. Therefore, it takes a few seconds during each application for it to be absorbed by the skin. If desired, this formula can be diluted in a cream base per application to allow the skin to build tolerance over time. In its pure form, vitamin C is unstable in water. Ascorbyl glucoside is a watersoluble derivative of vitamin C. It is much more stable in water but less effective than direct Lascorbic acid.
