By incorporating a concentrated 17 percent (by weight) solution of amino acids and amino acid derivatives that mimic the skin's natural moisturizing factors, this waterbased formula keeps the outer layer of the skin protected and well hydrated without feeling greasy. Additionally, it contains 5% (by weight) ProVitamin B5 to ensure moisture supply on the surface and beneath the surface, promoting softer, smoother skin.
