They are lightweight and can be applied alone or over make-up, with a pleasantly fresh and cooling effect. The intense sparkling effect is created with vegan pearls, so no plastic glitter. And the coverage is buildable.
Use the applicator to apply the shadow to your eyelid, then use a finger or a brush to blend it out to perfection. For a sheer result on the eyelid, a fluffy brush is recommended.
