These sugar-sweet, sparkling shades are literally breathtaking. They are lightweight and easy to apply alone or over makeup, and have a pleasantly fresh and cooling effect. The intense glitter effect is produced with vegan pearls, meaning without plastic glitter. And the coverage is buildable.
Use the applicator to apply the shadow to your eyelid, then use a finger or a brush to blend it out to perfection. For a sheer result on the eyelid, a fluffy brush is recommended.
