As a topper: Dab on with your fingers to achieve a sparkling, fractured reflection effect. On its own: Apply with a flat brush for a metallic, shimmering effect. Pro tip: It can be used on its own or applied over your preferred Colorfix, Twin Flames or eyeshadow for additional intensity.
