Apply to the eyelid with Crème Eye Colour Brush, Crème Eye Detail Brush or clean fingertips. Choose a shade that matches your skin tone and apply it. Add a small amount of Loose Setting Powder on top and continue with the desired Eye Colours and Eye Liners.
