This lip liner keeps the lipstick in place throughout the day, preventing it from smudging or feathering. Use it to outline and define the lips or to smooth the entire lip area before applying lipstick for extended wear. The lip liner contains a more intense color, ensuring perfect lip contouring. Prepare lips for colour with All About Lips. Swivel up only 1/8" (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Follow "dot-dot-dash" method to ensure ease and accuracy of application: Draw two dots on upper lip's bow, a dash across bottom of lower lip, then connect all three. To extend lip colour wear, fill in lips with liner, then follow with a lipstick. Recap securely to protect formula.

Bought colour pop lipstick (which is fab) & treated self to liner to match. Worst lip liner I have ever bought. Only about 2mm of liner, which will last no time. Thought it was faulty so went back to Clinique counter & was took that is just how they are! ...
