This lip liner keeps the lipstick in place throughout the day, preventing it from smudging or feathering. Use it to outline and define the lips or to smooth the entire lip area before applying lipstick for extended wear.
How to use
Swivel up only 1/8-inch (the pencil does not retract to avoid exposing the formula to air, which is drying).
Follow the dot-dot-dash method to ensure ease and accuracy of application. Draw two dots on the upper lip’s bow, a dash across the bottom of the lower lip, then connect all three.
To help keep lipstick in place, fill in the lips with liner, then follow with lipstick.
It can also be applied all over your lips, then topped with lipstick or lip gloss.
