This lip liner keeps the lipstick in place throughout the day, preventing it from smudging or feathering. Use it to outline and define the lips or to smooth the entire lip area before applying lipstick for extended wear.
How to use
Swivel up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying).
Follow dot-dot-dash method to ensure ease and accuracy of application: Draw two dots on upper lip’s bow, a dash across bottom of lower lip, then connect all three.
To help keep lipstick in place, fill in lips with liner, then follow with lipstick.
You can also apply it all over your lips, then top with lipstick or lip gloss.
