Matte

The highly-pigmented, gel-like and creamy formula of this eyeliner pencil creates dramatic definition in just one stroke. It is suitable for any look: classic wings, bold lines or smokey eyes. Once applied, it stays in place all day long.

Apply the eyeliner close to the lash line. For an especially sharp wing, pick up some product with the ZOEVA 317 Wing Liner brush and draw the desired eyeliner look. For a softer, more intense smokey look, blend the liner with the ZOEVA 230 Detail Smokey Blender brush. Complete the look by applying the ZOEVA Ooh la Lash Length & Lift Tubing Mascara in sweeping motions.
