The highly-pigmented, gel-like and creamy formula of this eyeliner pencil creates dramatic definition in just one stroke. It is suitable for any look: classic wings, bold lines or smokey eyes. Once applied, it stays in place all day long.

Apply the eyeliner close to the lash line. For a particularly precise wing, pick up some product with the ZOEVA 317 Wing Liner Brush and draw your desired eyeliner look. For a softer, more intense smokey look, blend the liner with the ZOEVA 230 Detail Smokey Blender Brush. Complete the look by applying ZOEVA Ooh la Lash Length & Lift Tubing Mascara with sweeping strokes.
