The soft Endless Silky Eye Pen is a long-lasting smudge-proof and waterproof eyeliner that is easy to apply in one fluid motion and creates a jewel-toned line.
Apply in short strokes along the lash line. Apply thicker if desired. For a smokier look, blend immediately after application, as the formula dries quickly and is then smudge-proof.
