The incredibly longlasting eyeliner pencil glides onto the eyelids in a smudgeproof gel formula and stays put. Richly pigmented to deliver the intense color of a liquid in an easytouse pencil. No smudging, no running, no touchups throughout the day or during the night!
Apply in short strokes along the lash line. Apply thicker if desired. For a smokier look, blend immediately after application, as the formula dries quickly and is then smudge-proof.
