The Long Lasting Liquid Eyeshadow is a longlasting, liquid eyeshadow.

Shake well before use, apply directly with the applicator and blend with your fingertips or a brush before the eyeshadow dries. For an even more intense result, let it dry completely, then apply a second layer.
