Velvet Touch Eye Liner belongs to a generation of semi-permanent make-up which does not smudge. Highly waterproof and resists almost anything, plus it's soft, easy to apply and extremely well covering. A smooth and soft texture to work with which can easily be blended with a brush or applicator.
For a natural day look, line the upper lash line following the natural eye shape. Wing it out at the corner just a tiny bit. Finish the look with a favourite GOSH Mascara.
