The intense, smooth eye contour pencil for external use ensures a long-lasting hold. The ultra-soft melting consistency has the effect of a liquid eyeliner and provides surprising results. The special waterproof formula doesn’t budge for up to 10 hours and can be blended immediately after application. It melts on contact with the skin and produces a brilliant, intense line. The immediate, even colour produced will give depth to your look. The practical sponge applicator, which is integrated into the end of the pencil, makes blending easier.
