The felt tip is thin and flexible, providing a smooth and precise application with intense pigmented color. The formula includes biodegradable cellulose beads and vegan polymer film formers, resulting in a unique matte finish with longlasting power. Achieve a smudgeproof eye look that is completely lifeproof, enduring everything from happy tears to nightly swims.
Place the felt tip along the lash line. Draw a line from the inner corner of the eye or from where you want it to start. Make the line wider where you want to lift the eye. Paint a wing from the edge of the eye up towards the outer corner of the eyebrow. Store the eyeliner with the tip down to ensure an even flow.
