The felt tip is thin, tapered and flexible and delivers an even flow for a smooth and precise application with intense pigmented colour in one steady sweep. The formula contains biodegradable cellulose beads and vegan polymer film formers that leave a unique matte finish with long staying power.
Place the felt tip along the lash line. Draw a line from the inner corner of the eye or from where you want it to start. Make the line wider where you want to lift the eye. Paint a wing from the edge of the eye up towards the outer corner of the eyebrow. Store the eyeliner with the tip down to ensure an even flow.
