BedOfNails provides acupressure to help the body release oxytocin and endorphins while activating the body’s parasympathetic nervous system. It is used and may help to alleviate a whole host of issues, including neck and back pain, sore muscles, tension, daily stress and poor circulation.
The BON Mat and BON Pillow can be used alone or in combination with each other. Simply lay down or lean against the mat and pillow and let it do its magic!

• In the morning for aid in meditation.
• Step on your mat or pillow for a foot massage. Use the pillow for zone therapy to stimulate the organs in your body. Perfect to use at work while sitting in your office chair or while relaxing at home.

• For more intense treatment use on your bed or on the floor.
• For less intensity, lean against the back of a sofa, an armchair, or against stacked up pillows in bed. (The more body weight put on the nails, the more intense the sensation)
