The BON Travel Mat can be used alone or in combination with the BON Pillow. Simply roll it out on any soft surface, like a bed or in the sand on the beach and lay down to let it do its magic!
• Use at bedtime for relief of back and neck pain/tension and a faster sleep.
• Use in the morning for aid in meditation.
