The BON Mat can be used alone or in combination with the BON Pillow. Simply lay down or lean against the mat and let it do its magic!

• For less intensity, lean against the back of a sofa, an armchair, or against stacked up pillows in bed. (The more body weight put on the nails, the more intense the sensation).
