Then, fill in with your choice of Lady Bold Lipstick. ♥ For a soft pop of color, tap the bullet onto lips and diffuse edges with your ring finger. ♥ On Cheeks - Tap bullet with clean fingers, then use a stippling motion to apply on the apple of your cheeks blending upward.
