This waterproof gel eyeliner is designed for precise, controlled application with a smooth, glide-on texture. The formula allows time to blend or soften before setting, then provides long-lasting wear with resistance to transfer and flaking.

Start at the inner corner of the eye and place the pencil close to the lash line, then glide across for a precise line. For use as a base, apply over the eyelid and blend quickly with a fingertip or brush, then layer for added intensity.
