The Himalaya Hood Down Jacket is made from 100% ripstop nylon fabric which is extremely durable despite its light weight. Ripstop is a fabric that is reinforced with interwoven threads in a grid pattern, which increases its durability and prevents the jacket from ripping when damaged. The fabric has also been treated with a PFC-free DWR treatment to repel water. The jacket is insulated with plenty of down that is RDS-certified with a fill power of 800. The jacket has YKK Vislon zips at the front and on the pockets, reflective Swedemount logos at the front and back. With elasticated cuffs and bottom of the jacket, you get a comfortable fit to keep the wind out. It also comes with a handy pack bag for easy transport that can also be used as a pillow on your travels. The Himalaya Down Jacket is available both with and without a hood.
