The Himalaya Hood Down Jacket is a lightweight but durable jacket made from 100% ripstop nylon fabric, making it very durable despite its light weight. The ripstop material is reinforced with interwoven threads in a grid pattern that prevents the jacket from breaking in case of damage. The fabric has also been treated with a PFC-free DWR treatment that effectively repels water. The jacket is filled with RDS-certified down with a fill power of 800, providing excellent insulation.
