Ensure the mirror is fully charged by inserting the USB cable into the port at the back of the mirror and then to a USB power source. The indicator light will turn red when charging and turn blue when fully charged. Swivel the handle to the left or right side. The LED ring light will be turned on when swiveled to 90 degrees. To turn the light off, simple swivel the handle back.
