Rom&nd See-Through Veillighter is a beautiful powder highlighter that can create all kinds of looks, from a natural glow to dramatic sparkle. It forms a glassy, shiny film on the face and effortlessly creates a stunning glass-skin effect. The highlighter's formula is extremely fine, ultra-light and applies smoothly, giving it a natural and airy appearance without worries about fallout or uneven finish. The fine glitter particles blend seamlessly with the skin without emphasizing texture or pores, even with multiple layers.
Apply a small amount of highlighter with a finger or brush to the areas you want to emphasize (e.g. cheekbones, bridge of nose, cupid's bow). Apply additional layers as desired.
