Step 1 - Cleanse - Body Wash
One of the most important parts of caring for your skin is ensuring that it’s clean. Take care of your skin and cleanse the body with our velvety foaming shower gel to rinse off any impurities as well as your troubles.
Step 2 - Exfoliate - Scrub
Massage in circular motions to slough away dry, dead skin and reveal a softer and smoother body. Rinse off with warm water. For best results, use 1-2 a week. Adapt usage to skin type.
Step 3 - Moisturise - Body Cream
After cleansing and exfoliating, the best thing you can do is to slather on a rich body cream while your skin is still damp, as this will help lock in that moisture.
Step 4 - Fragrance - Hair & Body Mist
Give your hair and skin a flourishing feeling with the fragrant mist.
Meditation tip: Take a couple of deep breaths when you use the body mist, with your eyes closed, and let your senses ground you.
