    Complete the routine Step 1 - Cleanse - Body Wash One of the most important parts of caring for your skin is ensuring that it’s clean. Take care of your skin and cleanse the body with our velvety foaming shower gel to rinse off any impurities. Step 2 - Exfoliate - Scrub The new >90% natural origin body scrubs contain salt, sugar or mild exfoliating particles, as well as potent and special ingredients to benefit the skin. Massage in circular motions to slough away dry, dead skin and reveal a softer and smoother body. Rinse off with warm water. For best results, use 1-2 a week. Adapt usage to skin type. Step 3 - Moisturise- Body Cream After cleansing and exfoliating, the best thing you can do is to slather on a rich body cream while your skin is still damp, as this will help lock in that moisture. Step 4 - Home - Scented Candle Let the candle burn about 2-3 hours the first time, or until the top layer is completely liquid, to ensure an even burn. We recommend trimming the mushroom (carbon buildup) off the wick between burnings. Meditation tip: Focus on the flickering flame and allow this single image to occupy your mind.
