For a saturated bold matte lip - Prep and exfoliate lips for a smooth base. - Sharpen the pencil for precise application and outline your desired shape. - Fill in lips, starting from the centre and gliding outwards for full coverage. For a blurred, soft-focus matte lip - Exfoliate lips and apply concealer to even out lip tone. - Apply colour from the pencil starting at the mouth’s centre, moving outwards. - Softly blend edges with a finger or flat shadow brush for a gradient effect.
