Matte
The Powermatte HighIntensity Lip Pencil combines potency and precision in a formula that lasts up to 12 hours. The transformative, creamymatte texture is easy to apply and provides a bold, matte finish. For transferresistant color that is comfortable to wear, lips should be allowed to fully dry.
First draw a line around the lips with the tip of the pencil, then apply the color to achieve a bold, matte look.
Outline the lips with a darker shade and then fill in the color with a lighter shade to achieve a fuller look with added dimension.
Allow the formula to dry completely to prevent color transfer.
For best results, sharpen the pencil before each use with a pencil sharpener (sold separately).
