Matte
The Powermatte High-Intensity Lip Pencil combines potency and precision in a formula that lasts up to 12 hours. The transformative, creamy-matte texture is easy to apply and provides a bold, matte finish. For transfer-resistant color that is comfortable to wear, lips should be allowed to fully dry.
First draw a line around the lips with the tip of the pencil, then apply the color to achieve a strong, matte look.
Outline the lips with a darker shade and then fill in the color with a lighter shade to achieve a fuller look with added dimension.
Let the formula dry completely so that the color doesn't transfer.
For best results, sharpen with a pencil sharpener (sold separately) before each use.
