2. First peel your lips and then moisturize them with lip balm. Wipe off excess lip balm if necessary.
2. Then use VELVET TOUCH LIP LINER to outline the outer edge of your lips. Draw directly on the edge for a natural look or slightly beyond the edge for a fuller lip look.
Tip! Draw an X in the middle of your upper lip and a thick vertical line in the middle of your lower lip. This forms a kissable mouth shape while accentuating and defining your natural lip shape.
