Place the Maybelline Lifter Liner tip-first at the edge of the lip and work from the outside inward – each time from the corner of the mouth to the center of the lip. For naturally defined lips, simply outline the natural lip contours with the lip liner. For lips that look even fuller, lightly trace over the natural lip line and add strokes into the curves of the lips.
