NOT HAPPY

I purchase this about 7 weeks ago and have not seen the slightest improvement in my lashes. Complete waste of money. Also the applicator is not pumping the product properly. (if it hasnt dried ?) Feel I have been cheated on this product. A shame Loreal n...
