Start at the base of lashes and wiggle brush up to the tip of lashes. Repeat to build. To apply to lower lashes, hold wand vertically. Do not pump brush in container—this adds air that can dry out the mascara. To prevent clumping, let mascara dry between coats. How do you get waterproof mascara off your lashes? Throwing money into the wind

This mascara isn't cheap. It's also not fit for purpose. About 2 hours after application, it begins flaking off. I never pump my mascaras so I know air isn't getting into the bottle. The formula is dry/ flakey and gives you panda eyes by late afternoon/ e...
