Celestial Blue is a radiant sky blue powder. The results vary depending on the base color of the gel polish. When used over: Pastel blue, it results in a highgloss baby blue with subtle violet accents. Over pure black (like Licorice), it results in a deep, dark navy blue. Over opaque white (like Milkshake), it results in a creamy bluish white with a subtle violet finish.
