Application: To protect the nail and make it easier to apply Power Pro Nail Lacquer, apply the Strenghtener Base Coat from KIKO. Allow to dry. Then apply the chosen Power Pro color in two layers, allowing it to dry after each application. And to extend the durability of the color and increase the luminosity, apply Fast & Shiny Base And Top Coat.
