Solid Gel Polish Base & Top by Layla is a palette consisting of two wafers. Extra shiny pinktransparent base for perfect hold. It can also be used without color, but must always be sealed with the top coat. The top coat is a polish fixative, extra strong and without dispersion. It seals the polish and protects the color for up to 4 weeks.
