Use the Translucent Powder before applying blush to create an even and smooth base. Tap the brush into a small amount of the Translucent Loose Setting Powder and tap off the product on a tissue. Dip the brush into the Translucent Loose Setting Powder and fill the bristles before picking up the blush and applying it at the desired intensity.
