The Water Eyeshadow is a revolutionary eyeshadow with instant color release for wet or dry application. Its secret is a blend of innovative spherical powder that delivers stunning color impact with high coverage, brilliance, and longlasting hold.

For optimal texture, the use of a sponge applicator or synthetic brush is recommended. To achieve higher coverage, slightly moisten the applicator with water or a drop of mixing lotion. For higher color intensity, pick up the eyeshadow first with the damp applicator and then with the dry applicator. By applying different shades on top of each other, completely new, personalized color tones can be created.
