To maximize the color release of the eyeshadows, first apply an eyelid primer such as Neutral Eye Base by KIKO MILANO. Apply the eyeshadow directly to the eyelid and blend it gently with a special eye brush like the Eyes 58 Blending Brush by KIKO MILANO.
