A waterproof, smudge-proof eyebrow pencil that lasts 24 hours - for filling in and shaping brows.
Make sure your brows are clean before filling them in. Start at the inner brow corner and work towards the end, following the natural direction of your brow hairs with light, hair-like strokes. Once all gaps and sparse areas are filled, flip the brush and comb through to blend any sharp edges or lines and shape your brows as desired.
