EYE BROW PENCIL is ideal for defining and forming eyebrows or adding fullness. The pencil is powder based, with long-lasting natural-colour pigmentation.
Eyebrow Pencil can be used dry for a soft and discrete eyebrow colour. For more intense eyebrow colour, wet the eyebrows with a damp cotton pad before applying the pencil.
