THE DAILY MASSAGE IS VERY EASY
Apply frei öl® Massage Oil for pregnant women generously to the abdomen and massage in gently with stroking movements in the direction of the navel. Now carefully take the abdominal skin (starting at the navel) between your thumb and forefinger and gently pluck it in outwards motions. Finally, apply free oil® Massage Oil for pregnant women to the breasts, buttocks, hips and thighs. Massage these areas first with gentle circular movements before carefully starting with a light plucking massage.
