1. Download the FOREO For You application. Activate the Bluetooth function and synchronise your device with the application. 2. Clean your face with an oil-free cleaner making sure to remove makeup, excess oil and impurities. 3. For safe and effective treatment, massage a thin layer of FOREO's conductor serum into your face until fully absorbed. 4. Select one of the preset routines and desired microcurrent intensity using the application or manually using the universal button. 5. Roll BEAR mini over the desired areas of your face for 3 minutes.
