One Size belt shortening: Release the leather from the buckle by lifting the metal flap with a small rod; determine the required length; cut the leather and apply a tiny drop of glue to the cut seam on the back side; push the leather back into the buckle as far as it will go; hold the leather and buckle firmly together and close the metal flap again.
