The new formula of the Professional Eye Pencil is clean and enriched with a plant-based ingredient with outstanding antioxidant properties and Carnauba wax, allowing the pencil to blend well and be used in versatile ways. The inclusion of organic coconut oil helps the pencil glide smoothly over the skin and provides an immediate colour payoff. The application is practical and professional.
