For an unstoppable look that lasts all day, glide the lip liner over your lips to define them with waterproof and long-lasting pigments.
For a look with fuller-looking lips, use a shade that is darker than your natural lip tone, or use two shades from the same color family, such as red and pink or berry and pink.
First, draw an "X" on the cupid's bow and trace the contour of your lips. Use the same shade to fill in the outer areas of the upper and lower lips.
Then apply a lighter color in the center of the lips to highlight and blend the two shades with the brush.
Apply the liner alone for a matte look or add a touch of shine with a gloss.
